NJ Director Revenue Cycle Mgmt 1601B – New Jersey

A Revenue Cycle Management Director is needed for a major healthcare finance and operations consulting company. Candidates should have experience in the critical areas of the hospitals Revenue Cycle Management,including Patient Access,CDM,Charge Capture,Business Office Operations from an inpatient and outpatient perspective,Denial Management,Managed Care Contract Validation and Customer Service. The firm also requires knowledge and understanding of Medicare and Medicaid Reimbursement methodology. Requirements include at least 5 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience with an advanced degree. Prior consulting experience is a plus. Candidates should have strong management skills,critical thinking skills,and ability to interact with both internal/external clients and project management staff. All candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills,knowledge of most Microsoft applications,and the major accounts receivable and business office systems. Travel is expected for this position. Salary is up to 120K.
