A leading New Jersey healthcare finance and operations consulting firm is seeking a dynamic sales and detailoriented Business Development Director to complement its financial services team. The ideal candidate must possess superior sales skills,knowledge,and ability to sell Joint Commission License and Accreditation consulting services. The primary focus of this position is on clinical services for a major healthcare finance and operations consulting company. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Director is to develop and implement a strategic marketing plan,in conjunction with the firms senior management,that produces financial results through the generation of sales activity and billings annually within a defined primary market. The candidate must have established Clevel contacts. Qualifications include strong background in selling clinical services to hospitals. Must demonstrate excellent selling,negotiation,communication and problem solving skills. Must be willing to travel 75% of the time. Bachelors degree is required,preferably in business,health,public administration,management or related field. Clinical background is a plus.
